Company Profile

We are a third Generation Charolais producer. In the mid 1960's Leon T. Stephens (Ste-Bar Ranch, Inc.) establish the Charolais breed just outside of Ona, in central Florida.  Working together, the Stephens family formed a tradition for producing high weaning weight cross bred calves for a changing beef market.  When these calves were brought to the local market and weighed more than 50 lbs than the average cross bred Brahman calves the push was on to provide the local producers with Bulls of the Highest possible quality.

Members of the International Charolais Association,  Florida Cattleman's Association, we will continue to stay at the highest level by purchasing the highest genetics to build a strong program for the local producer.

All of our Cattle are grass fed and will not fall apart when you turn them out.
